Pride Popsicles for Pride Month

Pride Popsicles for Pride Month

As Pride Month comes to an end, it seems only appropriate to make rainbow fruit popsicles to celebrate. I didn’t just make them for a fun healthy snack, or to use them as an Instagram worthy photo with the #pride. I made them to celebrate me, and everyone else who is part of the LGBTQIA community and their allies.

Even though acceptance has grown over the years and pride has become a global celebration, there is still a resistance. We are all humans entitled to our viewpoints, opinions, and beliefs. That said we all have one thing in common, and that’s the ability to love and be loved.

 Pride Popsicles

It doesn’t matter if who you fall for is black or white, rich or poor, a man, a woman, or genderfluid. Love who you love, no matter what anyone else thinks because at the end of the day the people who love you are the ones who really matter.

So I guess I’ll get off my soapbox, but I thought it was important to address what I was actually celebrating with these popsicles before I shared the recipes. If you want to join me in celebration and learn how to make these lovely rainbow Pride Pops, continue reading.
