Chocolate Dipped Candy Cane Shortbread Cookies
I don't know about you but I love an easy recipe, especially when it involves chocolate. I saw a picture on Pinterest of a shortbread cookie dipped in chocolate, however, when I clicked on the link it lead to a dead page. This made me sad because I LOVE shortbread cookies and I was excited to learn how to make these yummy looking cookies. It suddenly hit me that I could go the "semi-homemade cooking with Sandra Lee" route; the easy route. My route only involves three ingredients, takes about 10 minutes and only cost about $9. If you're too lazy to make anything complicated for your next holiday potluck, this is a great yummy alternative. Scroll down for directions.
Hope you Enjoy!
