Ready For The Night: 10 Glamorous NYE Outfits
New years eve is in 5 days! Do I know how I'm celebrating? Maybe. Do I know what I'm wearing? Absolutely not. Do I want to look good? F**k Yeah!
As usual I decided to procrastinate on finding an outfit for this hopefully fun night. I decided to start browsing the interwebs for some ideas. It's definitely too late for me to purchase anything online but it's fun to look and now I feel like I have an idea of what I'm looking for. I am quite proud of my findings and I'm excited to share them (hopefully they're not too cliche).
Mango Sequined Contrast Dress $59.99
I don't wear sequins very often but I believe new years eve is probably the only time I would feel bold enough to wear sequins. I especially love the striped pattern on this dress and the silhouette is perfect.
Mango Cut-Out Jumpsuit $49.99
This might not scream glamour but it's simplicity makes it easy to accessorize and embellish. I can imagine how gorgeous this would look with a bold statement necklace or bright shoes. One of my favorite elements of this jumpsuit is the back cut-out, it's subtle sexy detail.
Nasty Gal Di$count Univer$e Lip$ Sequin Dress $418
This is probably the wildest dress on this list, but I just had to include it. You will instantly start the party if you walk in with this dress on. It already has so much going on for it that you wouldn't need to worry about accessories.
Zara Studio Dress $99.99
I am obsessed with this dress! Obviously it wouldn't work for a NYE rager but I imagine if I were going to a chill but dressy celebration, I would love to have this on. Naturally, I would glam it up with over the top gold jewelry.
Free People Tiger Eyes Mini Dress $198
Just looking at this dress makes me want to dance. It's sequined but it's black which makes it safe (for me). What I like about this dress the most is how comfortable it looks. This is an extremely flattering fuss free dress. It accentuates the waist and you don't have to worry about making adjustments throughout the night.
Urban Outfitters Scallop Frock Dress $69
Aritzia Canterbury Dress $80
This is a classic cool girl dress(or the model in the picture is making it look really cool). It's another comfortable care free dress that you can do your best dance moves in.
ASOS, Lavish Alice Cape Jumpsuit $104
If you are going for a dramatic look then this is the jumpsuit for you. The silhouette is perfection and the cape just takes this jumpsuit to another level. I imagine if I wore this, I would be dancing with that cape all night long.
Topshop, Velvet Glitter Bodycon Midi Dress $68
This dress gives me a 90's throwback Calvin Klein look and I love it. It's a simple dress but the velvet material gives it a luxe look.
Lulu*s Yellow Two Piece Dress $62
This two piece outfit is very bright but that's the point. Why not enter the new year in memorable day glow? Why not?
Hope you enjoy!
